Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping - Australia Only

  • Standard Shipping will be calculated at checkout using location and weight of hamper purchased.
  • For shipments with more than one gift hamper, shipping increases with weight.
  • Here are approximate standard delivery times according to destination from Queensland. These time frames are indicated by Australia Post:

Express Post - Australia Only

  • Express Shipping is charged according to hamper size and delivery location.
  • Shipping costs for more than one gift hamper in the same shipment are calculated by weight increase.
  • Here are approximate standard delivery times according to destination from Queensland. These time frames are indicated by Australia Post:

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders within Townsville and same day delivery for any orders placed before 10am. Please note your preferred delivery day in the box provided on the shopping cart page.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@nqgifthampers.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

I listed the wrong address on my order, can I change it?

If your order has not been dispatched and you have put in the incorrect address, please e-mail us immediately and we change your delivery address. Once your order has been dispatched, NQ Gift Hampers cannot re-direct the package. Should the package be returned to NQ Gift Hampers, we will happily send a new package, however additional shipping costs will be charged. This fee must be paid prior to dispatch.
